New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 16.7.44.C.02: 16.7.44.C.02 MFA for privileged users and secure credential reset

Where an agency has implemented MFA, it should (the control is graded Should, although its printed text says MUST): require MFA for administrative and other highly privileged users; and put in place a secure multi-factor process through which entities can reset their standard user credentials.
