New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 16.1.24.C.01: 16.1.24.C.01 Identity, authentication and authorisation policies communicated to users

Agencies must create, put into effect and keep current a set of policies and procedures that address, for every system user, identification, authentication, authorisation, and the identification and management of privileged access. Agencies must also make sure system users know about these policies and procedures.
