New Zealand Information Security Manual (NZISM) 10.6.24.C.02: Conditions for mixed classification patch panels in one cabinet

What does 10.6.24.C.02 require?

For CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET and TOP SECRET systems, where lack of space forces patch panels of different classifications into the same cabinet, agencies must: (1) fit a physical barrier inside the cabinet separating the patch panels; (2) limit cabinet access to personnel whose clearance matches the highest classification among the panel's circuits; and (3) get approval from the relevant Accreditation Authority before installation.
