When auditing a certificate for the annual review that the Act's section 270 requires, the registered product certification body must take into account changes to the product or method (including raw materials), changes in ownership or control of the manufacturer or the proprietor, changes to the technical documents relied on for design, installation, use or maintenance, any non-conformance with the certification criteria or the quality plan, any complaints, any information affecting the reliability of test reports or technical opinions relied on, changes to regulations 12 to 14 or to the building code clauses relied on or referenced on the certificate, changes to acceptable solutions, verification methods, standards or other means of compliance, and, where the audit suggests grounds for suspension or revocation, information affecting the reliability of the evaluation plan, the risk assessments, the quality plan and the technical documents.
