The financial records the Rule requires must be located or made available at the lawyers' principal New York State office, and must be produced in response to a notice or subpoena duces tecum from a grievance or disciplinary committee or at the direction of the Appellate Division. Records produced are confidential except for the proceeding and may not be disclosed in breach of attorney-client privilege.
