For processing exclusively for journalistic purposes or academic, artistic or literary expression, the UAVG applies only in arts 1, 2, 3 and 4 plus the first two paragraphs of art. 5 (43(1)); GDPR arts 7(3) and 11(2) and chapters III, IV (except arts 24, 25, 28, 29 and 32), V, VI and VII do not apply (43(2)); and GDPR arts 9 and 10 do not apply insofar as processing special category or criminal data is necessary for the journalistic purpose or the expression (43(3)).
