4.5: the Binding Information is an XML structure stored as a BDO whose parent element must be BindingInformation, qualified with the urn:nato:stanag:4778:bindinginformation:1:0 namespace, containing one or more MetadataBindingContainer elements and zero or more ds:Signature elements carrying the cryptographic artefact; it may be extended for community or national needs. Where this section and the NCIA binding profile TN-1455 differ, this section prevails.
