NATO STANAG 4774 (Confidentiality Metadata Labels) and STANAG 4778 (Metadata Binding) 4778-4.3: Structure the Metadata Binding with a container, bindings, metadata and data components

4.3.1 to 4.3.3: the Metadata Binding uses namespace urn:nato:stanag:4778:bindinginformation:1:0 (prefix mb) with XML Signature, xmlmime and XML Schema namespaces. MetadataBindingContainer is mandatory as the top-level element and holds one or more MetadataBinding elements; each MetadataBinding must hold at least one metadata component (Metadata or MetadataReference) and at least one data component (Data or DataReference), and all its metadata binds to all its data. Id attributes are optional; container, binding and child elements may be extended for community or national needs, and other systems may ignore the extensions.
