NATO STANAG 4774 (Confidentiality Metadata Labels) and STANAG 4778 (Metadata Binding) 4778.2-4: Bind labels to XMPP message and IQ stanzas (XMPP profile)

Chapter 4 (urn:nato:stanag:4778:profile:xmpp, version 1:3): a new BindingData element carries one BindingDataObject element holding one or more BDOs, plus an optional Marking with an xml:lang attribute. In message stanzas the binding is embedded or detached; an embedded BDO must include a MetadataBinding with a null DataReference URI (the whole stanza), and embedding the metadata itself is recommended. In IQ stanzas, which carry a single child item, the binding must be detached, BindingData must be the second child of the item element, and the BDO dereferences the item's root.
