The Supplier and its External Providers give the GQAR or Acquirer: access to the facilities where contract work is done; information on meeting contract requirements; unrestricted opportunity to evaluate the Supplier's and (after informing the Supplier) the External Providers' compliance and to verify product conformity; help with evaluating, verifying, validating, testing, inspecting and releasing product; accommodation, facilities, reasonable use of equipment and the staff to operate it; access to information and communication facilities; the documentation confirming conformance; and copies of documents including electronic ones. The agreement to accept GQA between nations is recorded in STANAG 4107 and AQAP-4107. SRD.1: access serves supply-chain risk decisions and commercially sensitive content may be redacted; the Supplier keeps sole responsibility for conformity. SRD.2: AS9100D has no government-access clause, so the whole clause is a NATO addition, limited only by national law with any limitation declared in the tender, contract or Quality Plan. Base clause: No ISO 9001 equivalent (NATO addition).
