NATO AQAP 2110 - Quality Assurance Requirements for Design, Development, and Production 4.2: 4.2 QMS evidence available to the GQAR, and corrective proposals if the QMS is rejected

The Acquirer or the Government Quality Assurance Representative (GQAR) may reject the Supplier's QMS as applied to the contract. The documented scope, internal audit records, self-assessments and other objective evidence of compliance and effectiveness are kept readily available to them; if the QMS is rejected, the Supplier puts forward corrections and changes to the system by a date agreed with them, and any penalties follow the contract. SRD.1: rejection is kept for systematic failures or serious threats to delivery (major audit findings, escapes past final inspection) and is a contract breach with nationally set penalties. SRD.2: against AS9100D 4.3 and 4.4 the NATO part is the right to verify and reject despite a 9100 certificate. Base clause: ISO 9001:2015 4.3 and 4.4 (scope, QMS and its processes).
