Contracting Officers (FAR 2.101) or Agreement Managers (NAII 1050.3), working with programme and project managers, ensure that the right FAR and NFS clauses and other provisions derived from this directive and NASA-STD-8739.8 appear in every contract, Space Act Agreement, cooperative agreement, partnership agreement, grant or other agreement under which NASA has software acquired, developed, modified, operated or managed.
