What does SWE-006 require?

Each Center Director, or designee, keeps a dependable list of the Center's programmes and projects whose software is Class A, B, C or D. For each, the list is expected to carry the programme or project name and WBS number, software names and WBS numbers, size estimate in thousands of source lines, life cycle phase, software class or classes, safety-critical status, and for each configuration item or major system holding software of Class A, B or C the developing organisation, a short description, estimated size, primary languages, life cycle methodology and the responsible software assurance organisation.
