What does SWE-141 require?

When a project reaches Key Decision Point A, the programme manager ensures software IV&V is performed if it is a Category 1 project under NPR 7120.5, a Category 2 project whose payload risk classification under NPR 8705.4 is Class A or B, and on projects selected explicitly for IV&V by the Mission Directorate Associate Administrator.
