Chapter 3: a portfolio rating aggregates certified ratings of one space type and scope held by one legal entity (two buildings or more), counting only ratings valid on the last day of the reporting period, as the sum of rating times main rating attribute (rated area, guest rooms, IT energy, apartments or bed days) times ownership share, divided by the sum of attribute times ownership, rounded down to one decimal, with coverage rounded down to a whole percentage. Where an asset has two valid office energy ratings the most recent same-scope or the base building rating is used. Every published portfolio rating shows coverage, the list of included and excluded assets and the reporting period; self-calculated ratings may not be presented as NABERS verified; verified ratings last 12 months; assets bought more than six months before the snapshot must be included and disposals excluded, with written evidence; SPI participants include all assets.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
