Chapter 7: part building coverage includes lighting and power, lifts, all air conditioning and ventilation, generator fuel, specialised equipment, owner or tenant signage and on-site cooking; whole or multi-building adds exterior lighting and hydraulic pumping; unoccupied space stays in; EV charging, locality transmission towers and fuel sold to customers are outside. In purpose-built student accommodation, resident-focused facilities are included with their area (or both excluded if data is lacking), and public or shared facilities are excluded with their area unless they cannot be separated; an optional water figure may be shown.
