Level 1 (a to c): monitoring of third-party service delivery against agreements; management of changes to third-party services; and a requirement that the upstream supply chain supporting the service meets MTCS. Level 2 (a and b): security obligations flowed down the ICT supply chain and supplier security policy applied. Level 3 (a to e): a high standard of diligence over suppliers, expert reports on suppliers' compliance, monitoring processes, onsite visits to suppliers' data centres, and supply-chain continuity and disaster recovery arrangements.
