MTCS (Singapore) 9.3: Identification of risks related to third parties

Third-party risk identification. Level 1: risks that arise from third parties' access to systems and data are identified and treated through agreements and service delivery management. Level 3 adds (a) a threat and vulnerability risk assessment of third parties, for example at their data centres, and (b) a requirement that third parties run an information security management system, with remediation plans for weaknesses.
