Data labelling and handling: no Level 1 requirement. Level 2 (a to d): labelling and handling of information by classification; an inventory of data assets; documentation of each data set's path from collection through processing, storage and transfer to deletion; and clear specification of where data is stored. Level 3 (a and b) adds logs and inventories of the physical locations of customer data and a documented procedure for handling data when the service ends.
