A testing methodology should cover business logic, function, security controls and performance under load and stress, with an approved test plan before testing (unit, modular, integration, system and user acceptance). Requirements should be traced to test cases; separate physical or logical environments should be kept for unit, integration and acceptance testing with need-to access; regression testing should follow changes; defects should be tracked, with major issues reported to the steering committee and fixed before production; and all test results should be documented in a test report signed off by stakeholders.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
