A person who permits, or on another's behalf commits or attempts, a violation of paragraph C.1 to C.5, or who joins a conspiracy to commit one or is an accessory to it, is punished in the same way as the principal offence. For an organisation this reaches managers who authorise or tolerate secret recording by staff or vendors.
