Malaysia National Guidelines on AI Governance and Ethics (2024) P4: Inclusiveness: make AI accessible and beneficial to all, with diverse developers and attention to vulnerable groups

What does P4 require?

AI should be inclusive of all stakeholders so that it does not deepen social divides, benefiting everyone and addressing national needs in line with the Federal Constitution and the Rukun Negara. This is pursued in three ways: inclusive development techniques, tools designed for the specific needs of vulnerable groups, and deliberate diversity among the people who build AI and make decisions about it.
