Anyone who professionally offers goods or services by electronic means must include in the offer: the steps to follow to conclude the contract electronically; the contract terms in a form that can be kept and reproduced; the technical means allowing the recipient to detect and correct input errors before the final acceptance that concludes the contract; whether and to what extent the offeror undertakes to keep electronic traces of the negotiation and the concluded contract, and if so for how long, how, and on what conditions the stored documents can be accessed; and the language of the contract. Article 128 makes these rules part of the Consumer Protection Law for electronic contracts.
