Law No. 09-08 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data 8(b): Article 8(b): notify third parties of updates, rectifications, erasures and blocking

The data subject is entitled to have every update, rectification, erasure or blocking made under Article 8(a) notified to the third parties to whom the data was communicated, unless this proves impossible.
