Japan Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976) Art.58-11: Art. 58-11, 58-11-2 Notices on handing goods to third parties

If the purchaser passes the goods to a third party during the cooling-off period, it notifies the consumer without delay of that fact and the ordinance details, and notifies the third party that the contract has been or may be cancelled.
