The purchaser must not make false statements on the goods, price, payment, delivery, cooling-off, refusal of delivery, the customer's need or other important matters; must not intentionally withhold the first six when soliciting; must not intimidate; and, to obtain the goods, must not misstate or withhold important delivery matters or intimidate. Breach is a criminal offence (Article 70).
