Italy Workers' Statute (Law 300/1970) Art. 16: Art. 16 Do not grant discriminatory collective pay advantages

The employer may not grant more favourable economic treatment that is discriminatory within the meaning of art. 15. On application by the workers discriminated against or their union, the court orders the employer to pay the pension adjustment fund a sum equal to the favourable treatment unlawfully paid, for up to one year.
