The provider maintains continuing conformity, taking account of changes in how the service is delivered, in the requirements and in referenced standards. Where the service does not conform it takes corrective measures and immediately informs the Agency for Digital Italy (AgID) and the competent authorities of the Member States where it provides the service, stating the requirements not met and the measures taken; on a reasoned request of AgID or those authorities it supplies the information proving conformity and cooperates on bringing the service into conformity.
