A glossary is maintained and updated during concept analysis and OpsCon development, listing in alphabetical order every acronym and abbreviation with its meaning, plus the terms and definitions a reader needs, with all definitions reviewed and agreed by all involved parties to avoid misinterpretation (A.2.11).
