The supplier identifies the acquirer and the opportunity, responds to the acquirer's request, establishes and maintains the agreement, executes it (planning and performing the work, applying the other life cycle processes as agreed), delivers and supports the product or service, and transfers responsibility for it as the agreement directs. Outcomes achieved: an acquirer is identified, a response is produced, an agreement is in place, the product or service is provided, the supplier's obligations are met and responsibility is handed over.
