ISO/IEC DIS 4922-3 7.3.2: An optimized approach

What does 7.3.2 require?

An optimised label exchange usually trades a round trip or a channel assumption for a saving in communication or computation. That trade is exactly what a buyer should ask about. If the optimisation assumes a semi-honest evaluator, a malicious-evaluator deployment cannot use it without saying so.
