ISO/IEC DIS 4922-3 7.2: Requirements

What does 7.2 require?

This is the clause a buyer should ask a supplier to restate in its own words. If the supplier cannot, the implementation is probably following a library default rather than the standard. The useful checklist questions are about unpredictability, binding to a wire, and resistance to reuse, because those are the properties a label has to carry.
