A PSIRT should keep track of vulnerabilities in every component used to build the products and services the vendor offers, including components that come from outside suppliers or from the vendor's other business units, because vulnerabilities in shared or third-party components can hit the vendor's own products. Vendors should ask suppliers for an inventory of the software components they deliver, which can be supplied as SWID tags under ISO/IEC 19770-2; ISO/IEC 29147:2018 5.4.6 and 6.4 say more.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
