ISO 31000:2018 5.5 is taken over without additions. The framework is put into effect through a plan with time and resources, by establishing where, when, how and by whom the various kinds of decision are taken, by changing decision processes where needed, and by making sure the risk arrangements are understood and actually used. Success depends on stakeholders being engaged and aware, so that uncertainty is dealt with openly in decisions and new or changed context is picked up.
