The organization agrees an approach to communication (getting information to the audiences that need it) and to consultation (seeking participants' views so they can inform decisions), fitted to what stakeholders expect, done in good time, and making sure relevant information is gathered, compiled, synthesised and shared, with feedback used to improve.
