ISO/IEC 27002:2022 control 5.20 applies, with telecommunications guidance: agreements with other telecommunications organizations should state clearly how service facilities, and the facilities of other users attached to them, are protected from damage or impairment; should draw a clear line between each organization's responsibility for its own facilities; and should state clearly the availability and priority requirements, above all for emergency and essential services.
