Management reviews the management system at planned intervals to confirm it remains suitable, adequate and effective, including the policies and objectives related to the standard. Recorded inputs cover changes in relevant internal and external issues; fulfilment of objectives; suitability of policies and procedures; status of actions from earlier reviews; recent internal audit outcomes; corrective actions; assessments by external bodies; changes in the amount or kind of work or in the PT activities offered; customer, participant and personnel feedback; complaints and appeals; effectiveness of implemented improvements; adequacy of resources; results of risk identification; outcomes of process surveillance; and other factors such as training. Outputs record all decisions and actions on at least the effectiveness of the system and its processes, improvement of activities related to the standard, provision of required resources, and any need for change.
