Registration status is the registration authority's view of an item's state, applied item by item. Lifecycle statuses mark progress in metadata quality and preference of use: Incomplete (a submitter signals a local item), Candidate (proposed for progression), Recorded (the authority has confirmed all mandatory attributes are complete), Qualified (complete and meeting the applicable quality requirements), Standard (of sufficient quality and broad interest for the community), Preferred Standard (preferred for use), Superseded (a successor is now preferred) and Retired (not to be used). Documentation statuses mark items that will not progress: Historical (used in the past) and Application (in an application system, not specified at the logical level).
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
