They must know they can remove themselves from situations they believe seriously endanger their life or health and how they are protected from undue consequences for doing so, how to report incidents, hazards, risks and improvement opportunities, and, new in the draft, the measures that shield them from pressure, intimidation, harassment or retaliation when they report or when they report being pushed to depart from the system.
