The organization shall determine what needs to be monitored and measured for the RTS management system, the methods for monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation to ensure valid results, when monitoring and measuring shall be performed and when the results shall be analysed and evaluated; retain documented information as evidence of the results; evaluate the RTS performance and the effectiveness of the system; and set up, operate and maintain a process for checking from time to time that it complies with the RTS legal requirements and other requirements to which it subscribes.
