The organization sets performance indicators and procedures that regularly track and measure the characteristics of its operations that materially affect performance, including supply chain partnerships and relationships. The procedures record results, the operational controls that apply, and whether resilience objectives and targets are met. It evaluates and documents the performance of the systems that protect its assets and of its communication and information systems. Annex B adds that measuring equipment is calibrated or verified against traceable standards, or the calibration basis recorded.
