ISO 22320:2018 C.10: Finance and administration

What does C.10 require?

A finance and administration function is involved when incident management requires on-scene or incident-specific finance and administrative support: recording personnel time, maintaining vendor contracts, overseeing compensation and claims, conducting an overall cost analysis, coordinating closely with the planning and logistics teams so operational records reconcile with financial documents, monitoring multiple funding sources, and tracking and reporting accrued cost to the incident lead so that additional funds can be forecast before operations are affected.
