The appointing party should assess whether the prospective delivery team has the capability (the ability to do the work, through experience, skill and technical resources) and capacity (the ability to finish it in the time required) to satisfy the information requirements. The appointing party, the team itself or an independent party may carry out the assessment; the team should be told its scope, and it should be finished before appointment, possibly in stages such as prequalification. Under frameworks, the scope may be narrowed to what is relevant or repeated periodically.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
