ISO 19650 - Organisation and Digitisation of Information about Buildings and Civil Engineering Works (BIM) 1:7.2: 7.2 Asset information management functions

What does 1:7.2 require?

How complex these functions are should match how large and complex the asset or portfolio is. They should be assigned throughout the asset life cycle without gaps, with succession planning, because many organizations and individuals will perform them in turn. Asset information management, assigned from the very beginning, leads the validation of information from each appointed party and its authorisation into the AIM, and should take part in every project stage so that operation and maintenance information is handed over.
