Controls over the facility shall be put in place, recorded, monitored and reviewed at intervals. They shall cover: restricting access with regard to safety, confidentiality, quality and the protection of medical information and samples; preventing contamination, interference or harmful effects from energy sources, lighting, noise, ventilation, water supply and waste handling; preventing cross-contamination where procedures carry that risk or where areas are not separated; providing safety facilities and devices and checking them regularly (for example emergency release, cold room alarms, safety showers, eyewash stations and resuscitation equipment); and keeping facilities working and dependable.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
