Enough competent people shall be available to the laboratory. Everyone, whether employed or external, who could affect laboratory activities shall behave impartially and ethically, be competent, and work within the management system. The laboratory shall make clear to staff why satisfying user needs and this document matters. It shall run an induction programme for new staff that covers the organization, their work area, conditions of employment, staff amenities, health and safety, and occupational health services.
