For every room or zone tested the organisation writes up the results as one full report, which states whether the specified designation was or was not met. The report gives who tested (organisation, address) and when; identifies exactly where the tested room or zone is (adjacent areas too where relevant) and the coordinates of each sampling point; restates the specified designation (ISO Class number, occupancy state or states, considered sizes); describes the method, any special conditions or departures from it, and the instrument together with its current calibration certificate; and sets out the results, with particle concentration figures for every sampling point. Where macroparticles were counted under Annex C, including that information is recommended.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
