Classification in the at-rest or operational state may be repeated periodically on the basis of a risk assessment of the application, typically yearly, and intervals may be extended where continuous or frequent monitoring shows results stay within the specified limits. Routine monitoring of rooms, zones and separative devices is done under ISO 14644-2:2015.
