The organization shall set up, operate and keep up an environmental management system, improving it continually, covering the processes it needs and how they interact, as this document requires, so that it reaches the system's intended outcomes, better environmental performance among them. When setting up and keeping up the system it shall take account of what it learned under 4.1 and 4.2.
