What does 7.2.6 require?

In operation the body runs continuous monitoring to keep AI systems under human control, reviews feedback especially on possible rights infringements, monitors real-world performance, contamination and drift, checks the system is not harming living beings or the environment, follows privacy processes, watches whether users understand they are dealing with AI and adapts communication, tests post-deployment for fair and non-discriminatory results, engages stakeholders, monitors accessibility and societal impact, keeps the accountability framework and oversight in force, and ensures systems affecting fundamental rights or safety can be independently audited.
